Refund policy

At SKINNSS, we take hygiene, product safety, and customer satisfaction seriously.

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • Used or tested items
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Personal care items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Skinnss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
